For full ID verification, fake ID detection, ban management, scan history, team sync, multi-device venue management, and more, use the IVO app on iPhone or iPad.
How does team sync work?
Connect your team’s iPhone or iPad devices to the same venue. Share scans, visitor counts, bans, and door activity in real time, so everyone stays up to date.
Can I manage multiple doors?
Yes. Set up multiple doors or entrances and assign devices to each one. Manage your venue from one place while your team handles different entry and exit points.
Does every staff member need a subscription?
No. One subscription covers your venue; staff join on registered devices via Team Sync.
How do staff join?
The owner shares a 6-character code or QR. Staff sign in with Apple or Google and join the venue in the app.
How does fake ID detection work?
